How long does delivery take?
UK orders are delivered using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48. Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days after dispatch.
International delivery usually takes 5–10 working days, depending on your location.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

What is the difference between perfume oil and Eau de Parfum?

  • Perfume oils are concentrated and applied directly to the skin, offering a long-lasting, intimate scent.
  • Eau de Parfum (EDP) sprays provide a more diffused scent with wider projection.

How long do your fragrances last?
Our fragrances are designed to be long-lasting. Oils typically last longer on the skin, while Eau de Parfums offer strong projection and lasting performance throughout the day.

Are your fragrances suitable for men or women?
Most of our fragrances are unisex, designed to be worn by anyone who appreciates high-quality scents.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?
Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened and in its original sealed packaging.

Can I return opened products?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
